Blueberry Hefeweizen - 5.5% abv. ~ Bavarian wheat beer fermented with blueberries, subtle flavors of fruit in aroma & finish. (seasonal)
ZOG'S PALE ALE
American Pale Ale - 5.5% abv ~ This classic style is dry-hopped with pungent US varieties, wonderful aromas in the nose, medium bitterness.
PINK N' PALE
5.5% abv. ~ Our traditional American-style Pale Ale fermented with grapefruit.
English Brown Ale - 5.4% abv. ~ Traditional English-style brown ale with a rich malt body. This beer has a biscuity smooth maltiness with medium hop bitterness. It walks the line between malt and hops.
Traditional English Porter - 5.5% abv. ~ Our porter lies somewhere between a black and robust style of porter, dark malts dominate the body and the aroma of vanilla bean floats in the nose, medium bitterness.
British-style Oatmeal Stout - 5.2% abv. ~ Invitingly smooth, clean and full-bodied. Roasted malt in mouth, finishes with coffee and chocolate notes. Excellent any time of the year.
Munich-style Pilsner - 4.8% abv. ~ Golden in color with light bitterness and dry-hop aroma.
Munich-style Dark Lager - 5.2% abv. The word "dark" is a bit of a misnomer for the flavor is light on the palate with only a small addition of dark malts. Subtle flavor, light bitterness, clean finish.
German-style Lager ~ 5.7% abv. ~ Endearing maltiness with biscuit and toasted malt notes, medium bitterness, amber in color. (Spring and Fall seasonal)
HELLES BROOK LAGER
Munich-style Lager ~ 4.8% abv. ~ Golden hue, clean and crisp with a gentle yeast nose, light bitterness on the finish.
8.0% abv. ~ A deep amber/brown strong lager, big malt nose and mouth, medium bitterness. Our Bock is brewed using a traditional decoction mash where a portion of the grain bill is boiled and added back to the main mash. Longer aging makes this beer an exceptionally smooth, malty lager. (Winter specialty)
